Parental Consent and Children’s Privacy

Subscriber Newsletters

If you subscribe to Godly Pearls newsletter, you will be required to give your first name and email address. We require your email address to send you the emails, and we require a first name so that the emails will be more personal.

Your data is collected and then passed on to MailerLite, our email service provider. You can read their privacy policy here.

If you want to contact us directly or register your interest to volunteer with us, you might do so by filling a form within our website. This form is designed by WP Forms and collects emails which they then pass to us. You can find their privacy policy here.

Your email and name are never sold, rented, leased, or given away to a third party.

At the bottom of each newsletter, you will find information about how to contact the sender, as well as a link to unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Membership

If you join us as a Member, you will be required to create an account and provide details such as first name, last name, email address, country, and role. Creating a free membership account gives you access to exclusive member-only resources. If you decide you no longer need the account, you can delete the account at anytime.

We are serious about protecting your data and our website. Hence, we reserve the right to delete accounts that do not look genuine, or mimic spam or fake accounts. For example, when you register with a name that is one-letter or two-letters, e.g. Ab F; or consist mostly numbers, e.g. [email protected], our system will delete the account.

Your membership email address will be added to our subscriber list if you are not already on the list. This way, we will be able to send you an update when we have new resources for you to download. Thank you.

Blog Comments

When you leave a blog comment, your comment is public and visible. Your email address is never disclosed unless you include it in the main body of the comment. Your name and comment (as well as your URL, if you provide it), are visible to anyone who visits the comment section. Please avoid leaving any personal information in your comments.

Your details will remain in the database unless we remove it, or you request to have it removed.

We reserve the right to remove or edit comments at our discretion. These may include comments containing links, profanity, harassment, threats, self-promotion, or spam.

Donations

We ask individuals to consider donating to support our work. If you decide to donate, you might do this through PayPal, your credit/debit card or through direct deposit to our bank account.  Your name, email address, card details and country are required during the checkout process.

Digital Resources

Godly Pearls provide digital resources through Godly Pearls Bible Club. Our digital resources are hosted on BOOM LearningTM website. Please read the relevant privacy policies as follows: Boom Student Privacy Policy; Kid-friendly privacy policy; and General privacy policy.

Cookies, Log Data and Pixels

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Godly Pearls posts information on various social media platforms. Godly Pearls is not responsible for your privacy when you post on its social media channels.
