A 12-week Sunday School Curriculum
Use these lessons to help young learners embrace their God-given identity.
Welcome to this page, Unpopular Series – A 12 week Sunday School curriculum, where you can download bible-based lessons for free.
The Unpopular Series Curriculum is a 12-lesson series designed for children and youth, focusing on the lives of 12 not-so-popular or lesser-known characters in the Bible. These individuals might not be the first names you hear in Sunday school, but their lives carry rich lessons of faith, courage, obedience, and purpose.
In a world that often celebrates popularity, spotlight moments, and social influence, Unpopular Series Curriculum invites young people to see how God works powerfully through those who live in the background. It challenges the idea that you must be famous to be important, showing instead that every person, no matter how unnoticed, has a meaningful role in God’s plan.
Each lesson is structured as follows: topic, goal of lesson, lesson takeaway, bible references. Then, there are sections discussing the life of the bible character, what they did and what we can learn from their actions. We have also included memory verse, scenario review, a quick reminder of the lesson takeaway and prayer at the end of the lesson.
Feel free to be creative with how you use them to suit your learners in their different age groups.
